What we do, and how we got here.
Childminding, recruitment, logistics. Three services we run as one business, and a bit on how it ended up that way.
The founder had worked across all three sectors at different points in his career before starting Vijay Support Solutions in 2026. Enough time in recruitment, childminding and logistics to know how the work should run, and to see how often the businesses doing it were getting the basics wrong.
The pattern was usually the same. New enquiries got attentive service. Once a customer had actually signed up, the standard slipped. Quotes came in late. Phones rang out. Work eventually got done, but it took more chasing than it should have.
The new business was set up to run all three services without that drop-off built in. The standards stay the same whether you’ve been a customer for a week or a year.

Recruitment
We help local businesses across Preston, Chorley, Leyland and Blackburn find staff. Warehouse, admin, hospitality, care, trades. Candidates welcome too.
Logistics
Same-day, next-day and contract courier work out of Preston. Pallets and parcels, regular runs to Manchester, Liverpool, Lancaster and Blackpool.
Childminding
Home-based childcare for kids aged one to eight. Small group, flexible hours, families across the PR postcodes.
