What we offer
Vijay Support handles recruitment for small and mid-size employers across Preston, Lancashire and the wider North West. The bulk of placements are in warehouse, admin, hospitality, construction and care roles, though we cover other sectors on request.
Three types of work, depending on what you need:
- Permanent placements for roles you’re hiring directly into your business
- Temporary cover for short-term needs like holiday cover or busy periods
- One-off cover for specific shifts or last-minute gaps
Candidates are local where possible. We screen properly before sending anyone over, and we won’t bury you in CVs you didn’t ask for.

We offer a rebate period on permanent placements. Specifics depend on the role and are confirmed in writing before the placement is made.
